博思录生命如流水,一路欢歌,不断汇成历史的长河! July 04 工作手记(1) 一直在做自己不熟悉的事,这一方面能使自己保持激情,不断学习,另一方面也使自己时时面临挑战。这学期,自己不仅做教学科研,还做了很多其它工作。为了更好地开展工作,特把一些重要环节作意手记,以便备忘:
1.党员发展工作。需要注意成绩(包括不补考)、党校毕业证、公示、谈话(需两人),入党积极分子考察表、预备党员考察表、上级组织(绿章)等,整个程序一定要规范。
2.介绍信。介绍信首先分两大类,一类是省外的,统一开到云南省高校工委。省内的分多种情况,一种是回户籍所在地的,开到所在地的县组织部,另一种是开到工作单位,则一般是党委或者是组织部。抬头一般直接以XX组织部(不在说XX省)。另外,还需要注意,组织关系需要转到XX这里该如何填写。 June 25 紫牛、大声牛、最后五分钟加值做一头大声牛 一个人对职场生涯究竟要采取主动还是被动,完全因人而异,这是个人价值取舍的问题,并不存在对错好坏之分。 《紫牛》作者赛斯.高汀认为:“真正的营销应该是让人眼睛一亮的,可以把人们的注意力恰到好处地引向我们产品和服务的一门艺术。” 两年前有一部畅销书叫做「紫牛」,是行销专家赛斯高汀的作品,虽然是一本洋洋洒洒的书,但里头讲的就是一个观念:如果大家都是黄牛,你想要出类拔萃的话,就得做一条与众不同的紫牛,让大家注意到你的存在。其实这和今年最流行的行销书「蓝海策略」主旨差不多:意思是,如果大家都在红海里厮杀,何妨另立蹊径跃入广阔蓝海,走出一条独树一格的路来。 最后五分钟服务 这个例子让我想到我认识的一些年薪惊人的保险顾问与理财顾问。他们用的都不是死命推销的缠功,而是专业与一点点的与众不同。也许只是一张小卡片,一个主动的叮咛,就让人记得他们的存在,记得他们可信赖。台北也有某饭店的资深门房,因为总能叫出熟客姓名,备受倚重。 或许在感情中,五分钟的加值服务也很重要。一点点心思就可以表达关心。忙碌的世代,爱苗常是被疏忽与冷漠谋杀的,每日忙碌却十分渴望爱与被爱的现代人,更要找到「五分钟」方法来维护感情。我看过几个相当简单但有创意的例子,比如:有位朋友每天改变他在MSN上的问候设定,和自己的女朋友表达情意,让她知道,他虽然忙,却很在乎自己。有位先生每到办公室吃午饭时间就发一通简讯给在家里带小孩的太太,久而久之,太太受到了「制约」,每到中午十二点半就会看看自己有没有简讯。他们的忙都拥有了对方的体谅,也以「举手之劳」维护了幸福。 五分钟的加值服务,小投资大获利。 作者介绍: 背景 1982年,高汀毕业于塔夫斯学院(Tufts University),获计算机科学和哲学学位,并从斯坦福商学院获得了市场营销方面的MBA证书。1983年到1986年间,他在 Spinnaker 软件公司任品牌经理。 1995年,高汀创办了 Yoyodyne ——是最早期的在线营销公司之一。1998年,他把这家公司卖给了雅虎。作为交易的一部分,高汀成为了雅虎负责特许营销的副总裁。 高汀还曾担任过《快速企业》(Fast Company)杂志的专栏作家。 2005年下半年,高汀开办了一个聚合推荐的网站 Squidoo。 著作 高汀写了很多书,包括一些同市场营销毫无关系的书籍。不过,高汀最有名的还是他的市场营销理念。 《大红毡帽》(The Big Red Fez) 《电子营销》(eMarketing) 《特许营销》(Permission Marketing)一译《愿者上钩》 《生存并不是全部》(Survival is not Enough)一译《公司进化》 《释放创意病毒》(Unleashing The Ideavirus)一译《喷嚏营销》 《紫牛》(Purple Cow) 《免费力量大》(Free Prize Inside) 《行销人是大骗子》(All Marketers Are Liars) 《大声牛》(The Big Moo) 《小就是大》(Small is the New Big) (资料来源:wikipedia 站点seth godin条目) June 13 本科毕业论文指导工作纪要 这学期指导了9人的毕业论文,需要注意以下几点:
一、一定要按照学院的格式要求完成论文。(学院网站上有相关格式范例)
二、题目一定要小,从小入手。
三、可以把实习与论文结合起来。
March 20 The Tomato Story A Jobless man applied for the position of 'office boy' at Microsoft. The HR manager interviewed him then watched him cleaning the floor as a test.
You are employed' he said. Give me your e-mail address and I'll send you the application to fill in, as well as date when you may start.
The man replied 'But I don't have a computer, neither an email'.
'I'm sorry', said the HR manager. If you don't have an email, that means you do not exist. And who doesn't exist, cannot have the job.'
The man left with no hope at all. He didn't know what to do, with only in his pocket. He then decided to go to the supermarket and buy a 10Kg tomato crate.
He then sold the tomatoes in a door to door round. In less than two hours, he succeeded to double his capital. He repeated the operation three times, and returned home with .
The man realized that he can survive by this way, and started to go everyday earlier, and return late. Thus, his money doubled or tripled everyday.
Shortly, he bought a cart, then a truck, and then he had his own fleet of delivery vehicles.
5 years later, the man is one of the biggest food retailers in the US He started to plan his family's future, and decided to have a life insurance.
He called an insurance broker, and chose a protection plan.
When the conversation was concluded the broker asked him his email.
The man replied,'I don't have an email.'
The broker answered curiously, 'You don't have an email, and yet have succeeded to build an empire. Can you imagine what you could have been if you had an e mail?!!' The man thought for a while and replied, 'Yes, I'd be an office boy at Microsoft!'
Moral of the story
Moral 1 Internet is not the solution to your life.

If you don't have Internet, and work hard, you can be a millionaire.
